Check Out this OH-SO-CUTE "Happy Bird Day To You" card made by Bobbi Jo here at Craft-e-Corner. I just LOVE the bright colors and all the 3D details on the card. The card was made mostly with the Straight From The Nest Cricut Cartridge. I personally have this cartridge and LOVE it! Let's take a closer look...
Here is a close-up of the paper lollie flower on the card. For the step Bobbi Jo used hemp string and tied scraps of ribbon on for a leafy effect. Even though the card has a lot going on, using different patterns and colors really create some POP! I love how the orange polka-dot background ( check out this GLITTER polka dot paper for a background) and how it ties in with the green polka dot pendants on the bottom of the flag.Check out the sewing details a bit closer...
isn't that just SEW cute :) A quick stitch holds on the ribbon pendant banner to the card. I love how they are not all sewn on perfectly. It gives the card such character!
