WAKE UP!
For this quick project, I combine two of my favorite things…crafts & caffeine (aka coffee)!
For my morning cup of Jo I use a Keurig single cup coffee brewer. Since I don’t drink coffee by the pot like some, I tend to buy the bagged coffee. Here is how my mornings went:
1. Open the bad of coffee.
2.Pour the coffee into my Keurig Coffee Filter.
3. Dump grinds everywhere (I’d say…oh, 5 of the 7 days of the week)
 4. Start the coffee
5. Clean up the counter of grinds I had spilled.

There had to be a better way! So I scoured my cabinets and came across my long lost OXO sealed containers! PERFECT! Just the size I needed and with a seal to keep the coffee fresh. Now it just needed a little character to make it a little more visually appealing…

This is where my Cricut Expression 2, vibrant patterned paper and Chalkboard Vinyl came in handy!

Using my Cricut Machine, I cut out 2 conversation bubble from the Plantin Schoolbook Cricut Cartridge. The first bubble I cut out using a vibrant floral paper. I cut the bubble out at 2.5″. I cut the tail of the bubble off of this piece.
Next, cut the same shape out using Silhouette Chalkboard Vinyl at 2.25″. Peel the vinyl bubble off and center it onto the paper bubble you had previously cut. To adhere the bubble label onto the canister I used a simple repositionable adhesive runner.

voilà!

Using chalk, I added a fun ‘Wake Up’ as a little inspiration to start my day.

It is a very simple and inexpensive way to doll up a container that can be changes easily!
Hope you all love the project!
Happy crafting,
Abbey
