Easter Shaker Card - No Die Cutting Machine Required!

Not all cards have to be super complex and difficult to make.  This one is actually fairly easy and fun because you can shake it and move the colorful hole punches around inside!
Believe it or not, I didn't use a die cutting machine for this card at all!  The only specialty tool I used was a We R Memory Keepers Envelope punch board.  What did I use the ENVELOPE punch board for on this card?  Read on to find out!

DIY Silhouette Heat Transfer Vinyl Kids Coloring Book Shirts for Spring, Easter or Birthdays!

Spring has started to come back again (we were hit with 2 inches of the white stuff on Monday!).  To celebrate, we just kicked off our Spring Sale!  To see all items on sale, check out our website right now!!

In honor of spring, I made my kids some spring themed "coloring book" shirts.  Nothing says spring quite like April showers, goulashes and birds (right?!).   I created the "coloring book" look with Silhouette smooth heat transfer vinyl and gave the kids Graffiti Permanent fabric markers to color them in.  These would be perfect for Easter basket fillers or just a fun afternoon project. I've never worked with heat transfer vinyl ("HTV") before, but now that I have, I'm hooked!  It was SO easy to make my own shirts, there is a world of possibilities running through my head now!

Working with heat transfer vinyl is so simple, let me show you how easy it is to create your own shirt!

Love my Peeps! Easter Charger & Tips on DIY glitter vinyl and transferring vinyl WITHOUT transfer tape!

We had some pretty strong thunderstorms all.weekend.long, perfect weather to be cooped up in the house crafting Easter projects!  One thing that just says "Easter" to me is Peeps.  I know not everyone loves Peeps, but I think they are just too cute!  I picked up this charger plate a few months ago with the intention to "eventually make a project with it." I thought this was the perfect time to use it!  How cute did this charger turn out?

I did this whole project WITHOUT transfer paper and I made my own glitter vinyl!  I'll let you in on some of my tricks I used to pull this charger together, read on for all the details!

"Through The Bunny Hole" Easy Easter Bunny Punch Card

Easter is right around the corner!  I love Easter decorations so now is the time to craft all things bunny in my house!  Check out this cute card!  My 5 year old got an absolute kick out of it.

The good news is that you can do all the pieces with a die cutting machine (like the Silhouette Cameo or Cricut Expression) or with punches you have on hand.  I used a combination of techniques so let me show you how to make this card.
