Can you believe it? TOMORROW is the 4th of July!! I'm so excited, I can't wait to go see the fireworks and check out our local festivities! I love this holiday :D To get ready for our 4th of July picnic, I decided to create some fun mason jars to hold treats, decorations and SPARKLERS (gotta have sparklers!):
This grouping was easy and fun to make- let me show you how...
I am so excited that the 4th of July is just days away! It is by far my favorite holiday (yes, even more than Christmas!), I am thinking all things red, white and blue! Fireworks and BBQ food take up a large portion of my holiday budget, but I still want to festively decorate for Independence Day. I am one to always have something on my front door and this year I decided a wreath was needed. Check out this fun, budget friendly, wreath I made for the 4th:
Would you guess a pool noodle is at the center of this wreath? Click below for a full tutorial!
It is officially summer! There are so many opportunities to take pictures during the summer: from family vacations, time at the beach, running through the sprinkler and more! Take the time to scrap those memories this summer while they are fresh.

I hope you all had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend! We honored our fallen heroes this weekend and spent time with friends- it was a great weekend! And, of course, no weekend would be complete around here without some crafting! I made this awesome shirt for my little guy with a quote from one of our favorite movies (can you name that movie?):
This shirt was SO easy to make, it went from design to finished in under an hour! Think of all the possibilities! Check out a complete how-to after the jump!
It's almost time for the class of 2014 to walk across the stage here in Wisconsin! To celebrate- I crated this fun & interactive card that will make your card one that really sticks out to them! It's perfect for giving money or a gift card- they'll love opening this card, guaranteed!
Graduation season is upon us! If you have a grad in your life, you're bound to be throwing a party or sending a graduation gift. Why not make your own custom confetti to decorate or include as a fun extra in a card or gift?
Have you ever needed a card to send out and needed it to be done quick? Like "the mailman is walking down the street right now" quick? That is the situation I found myself in yesterday, I needed to send out a gift for a friend and it needed to go out that day... and the mailman WAS coming... I pulled the card together in less than five minutes flat!
This card came together really, really quickly, but I didn't want it to look like it did. Check out the directions below to see how I managed to make this card look well thought out yet still get it done quickly (and find out if I beat the mailman too)!
